These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RiskHunter. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

RiskHunter provides fraud prevention and risk analysis services through our API platform. Our Services include:

• Email verification and risk assessment
• Phone number validation and carrier lookup
• IP address analysis and geolocation
• Digital footprint analysis
• Real-time fraud scoring
• Dashboard and analytics tools

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your API keys and credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

5.1 API Access

Access to our API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

• Respect the rate limits of your chosen plan
• Implement proper error handling for rate limit responses
• Not circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limiting mechanisms

5.2 API Keys

API keys are provided for your use only and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all API calls made using your keys. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Fees

Our Services are offered under various pricing plans as displayed on our website. All fees are:

• Quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Non-refundable except as required by law

6.2 Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability for our Services:

• Uptime Target: 99.9% monthly uptime for API services
• Response Time: Average API response time of under 100ms
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs with dedicated support and uptime guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of RiskHunter and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any risk scores or fraud assessments provided through our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RiskHunter during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RiskHunter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Madrid, Spain, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RiskHunter
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent
